Abro hilo para tener localizadas todas las pelis del maestro de las que existe edición en BD. A día de hoy, tenemos las siguientes: 39 escalones Simple DVD reescalado, y a la venta únicamente en UK Con la muerte en los talones Edición Mundial, a la venta en España. La edición de USA es en formato bd-book. El disco el mismo que aquí. Psicosis  Edición mundial, Steelbox en UK, y edición amaray UK y resto de mundo. En USA portada diferente. Están anunciadas, sin fecha, Vertigo, La ventana indiscreta, Los pájaros y Crimen Perfecto. La de 39 steps, lamentablemente, es insultante e insalvable.

Yo cuando un lanzamiento viene de una distribuidora pequeña y poco conocida, ya desconfío. Si ya las grandes nos cuelan cada X tiempo unas mierdas que para que contarte... pues qué no hará una menor...

Desconfiar, desconfiaba, claro (ya llevamos mucha carrera) pero, necio que es uno, me hice ilusiones de -mínima- profesionalidad.
Lo que no alcanzo a concebir es como una distribuidora -pequeña o no- puede apoquinar alegremente por masters AJENOS ,audiovisualmente competentísimos -y que valen una pasta por cierto- , y malograrlo TODO en lo ÚNICO que a ellas compete: Menú y -especialmente- subtitulado EFICIENTE.
Coño, es lo MÍNIMO a exigir y no han de hacer NADA más.
Y además es el COLMO de la simplicidad. Ajustar algunas líneas y mediar COMPROBACIÓN vía revisionado. Poco más...
Lo hacen MILES de personas anónimas con cualesquiera contenidos, de un día a otro y gratis, por amor al arte...
Escapa a mi comprensión, ciertamente.
Y ocurre cada vez con más frecuencia: Alarma en el expreso, Rebecca, Solo ante el peligro...
Me están jodiendo adquisiciones que en otras circunstancias serian FIJAS.

Al parecer el pack de UK saldrá a la venta en España el próximo 3 de Octubre. Retrasado hasta Diciembre para corregir algunos fallos encontrados en algunas ediciones. Ya podrían aprender otras distribuidoras. |

La edición de Extraños en un tren es plenamente recomendable. Audiovisualmente apunta muy alto, algún plano aislado al margen (fruto del material original, obviamente). De hecho, se delatan chromas, transparencias e incluso dobles -en el partido de tenis, sin ir más lejos-. Respecto al subtitulado, TODO en orden. Y el film es maravilloso, huelga mencionarse. Qué cojonazos, cerrar una propuesta como esta con un gag.
En fin. Acometed sin miedo.
